If you forgot your password:
1.Go to the Login page at https://app.yourcompany.com/login.
2.Click ???Forgot password???? below the password field.
3.Enter the email address associated with your account.
4.Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from support@yourcompany.com with the subject ???Password Reset Request.???
5.Click the link in the email. (The link expires in 60 minutes.)
6.On the reset page, enter your new password. It must meet these requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- One uppercase letter
- One number
- One special character (e.g., ! @ # $) 7.Confirm the new password and click ???Reset Password.???
8.Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
If you already know your password and want to change it:
1.Log in to your account.
2.Go to Settings > Security.
3.Click ???Change Password.???
4.Enter your current password, then your new password (see requirements above).
5.Click ???Save Changes.???
