🎓 Diploma Programs

  • Minimum KCSE mean grade of C- (Minus)
  • Relevant subject grades as per program requirements
  • Original KCSE certificate/result slip
  • Birth certificate and national ID copy
  • Passport size photographs (2 copies)
  • Filled application form

📜 Certificate Programs

  • Minimum KCSE mean grade of D+ (Plus)
  • Relevant subject grades as per program requirements
  • Original KCSE certificate/result slip
  • Birth certificate and national ID copy
  • Passport size photographs (2 copies)
  • Filled application form

🎯 Artisan Programs

  • Minimum KCSE mean grade of D (Plain) or above
  • Primary school certificate for some programs
  • Original certificates/result slips
  • Birth certificate and national ID copy
  • Passport size photographs (2 copies)
  • Filled application form

🌍 International Students

  • Equivalent qualifications from home country
  • Valid passport and visa
  • Student pass requirements
  • Translated documents (if not in English)
  • Proof of English proficiency (if required)
  • Medical insurance coverage

    How to Apply

    Follow these simple steps to start your application process

    📋 Step 1: Choose Your Program

    • Browse through our programs on the departments page
    • Review admission requirements for your chosen program
    • Consider your career goals and interests
    • Contact department heads for program-specific questions

    📝 Step 2: Obtain Application Form

    • Download application form from our website
    • Visit the admissions office in person
    • Request form via email or phone
    • Pay application fee of KES 1,000

    📦 Step 3: Prepare Documents

    • Gather all required academic certificates
    • Prepare birth certificate and ID copies
    • Take recent passport size photographs
    • Get recommendation letters (if required)

    ✅ Step 4: Submit Application

    • Fill out the application form completely
    • Attach all required documents
    • Submit to the admissions office
    • Keep a copy of your application

    ⏳ Step 5: Application Processing

    • Applications are reviewed by admissions committee
    • Processing takes 2-3 weeks
    • You may be called for an interview

    Diploma Programs KES 45,000 - 55,000 6 Semesters (3 years)
    Certificate Programs KES 35,000 - 42,000 4 Semesters (2 years)
    Artisan Programs KES 25,000 - 30,000 2 Semesters (1 year)

    Additional Costs:

    • Registration Fee: KES 2,000 (one-time)
    • Library Fee: KES 3,000 per semester
    • ICT Fee: KES 2,500 per semester
    • Student Activity Fee: KES 1,500 per semester
    • Medical Insurance: KES 4,000 per year
    • Hostel Accommodation: KES 15,000 per semester (optional)
