The necessity of Technology Innovation and Transfer in TVET for Micro Small Enterprisesis to increase their productivity and capacitates their capacity or builds their capacity.

Innovation is an engine for the economic growth of any economy; Technology, vocational Education, and Training (TVET) are skill-based programs in Ethiopia. It requires that a recipient of the program should gain marketable skills and be able to fix the right habits of doing things and positive attitude towards the system. TVET has emerged as the effective resource growth strategy that Ethiopia needs to gain proper trained or skilled man and modernize the technological workforce for fast industrialization and National development.
